CUSTOMER CONNECTIONS

Connect to OCI

Use your customer’s API signing credentials. Requests are signed securely on your server.

Saved credentials are encrypted on the server. Other browsers cannot list or use your connections. Clearing this browser’s cookies removes access to saved connections.

A clearer view of your network

01 · Connect a customer tenancy

Upload the OCI config and matching private key. The server validates the fingerprint and verifies NPA access. A session lasts 30 minutes. Every valid connection is saved automatically with encryption and stays until you delete it. You can keep several customer connections and switch between them.

02 · Define the flow

Enter two IPv4 addresses, mark on-premises endpoints, and choose your protocol and ports. OCI requires at least one OCI endpoint. Return-path analysis is supported for TCP and UDP.

03 · Follow the evidence

Live analysis calls Oracle Network Path Analyzer. It examines routing, security lists, NSGs and supported policies. Every returned path variant is preserved. Unknown or IAM-hidden paths require review.

Understand the boundary

This is a logical configuration check. It does not send packets or prove that a service is listening. External routers, operating-system firewalls and appliance internals may require separate verification.

Oracle documents limitations for IPv6, same-subnet paths, private-IP route targets, cross-region RPCs, network appliances and load balancer transit. These can produce incomplete or indeterminate results.
